Two-Year Limited Warranty
Diamond S MFG LLC.,(Seller) warrants that exhausts are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment. Diamond S MFG does not accept responsibility of any type for, and this warranty shall not apply to, exhausts that have been subjected to improper installation or application, negligence, tampering, abuse, or which have been disassembled and/or repaired altered by anyone other than Diamond S. Seller’s liability under this warranty shall extend only to replacement or repair, at its own option, of exhaust to the original owner. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. It is very important that you return the warranty card to us as soon as possible after purchasing your exhaust, or you can visit our website under the warranty section and fill out warranty information. Diamond-smfg.com – Serial number can be found on the warranty card or bottom of the exhaust.
If purchased directly through Diamond S MFG, please call or email our team at scott@diamond-smfg.com or 435-283-4535 should you need, or have questions on warranty work. If purchased through a verified dealer please contact said dealer for any warranty needs and Diamond S MFG will work directly with them.
We do offer repair services for out of warranty or not original owners on a case to case basis. Please contact us via email at diamondsmfg@outlook.com for more information on the cost and conditions for repairs.
Disclaimer and Liability Information
DIAMOND S MFG LLC’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE EXHAUST IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE EXHAUST, AT ITS OWN OPTION, AS SET FORTH HEREIN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DIAMOND S BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY OTHER PROPERTY OR PERSONS CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS OF THE EXHAUST, DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE EXHAUST, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF LIFE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
