All Diamond S exhausts have a domed end cap design. Which improves the strength and sound of the exhaust. Domed ends prevent excessive back pressure from building up, significantly increasing the strength, resulting in a more consistent airflow creating a deeper throaty tone.

Provides an overall weight savings of 11.4 pounds.

Cooker Pot may be mounted to the side with hose clamp.
Highly resistant to rust and corrosion providing a longer product life.
High strength to weight ratio. Making it extremely strong while providing a very substantial weight savings.
Each exhaust is etched with our logo. It will never burn off and stays visible even when silencer changes colors.

Polaris 850/ 9R Titanium Quiet

Diamond S Titanium Quiet Lightweight Silencer, weighs just 4 pounds while still providing a 3.5 horsepower increase. Diamond S exhausts do not require fuel changes or modifications. Simply bolt-on and go. The titanium exhaust has a noise-canceling baffled design. This eliminates the need for packing, making it one of the quietest if not the quietest aftermarket exhausts. Our lightweight silencer will pass the SAE J-2567 stationary sound test (stationary snowmobile noise emission may not exceed 88 decibels). Unlike steel, titanium is highly resistant to rust and corrosion providing a longer product life. Compared to steel, titanium has a high strength to weight ratio, making it possible to build an extremely strong exhaust system while at the same time providing very substantial weight savings over stock and other aftermarket exhausts. Our titanium exhaust provides an overall weight savings of 11.6 pounds.

All Diamond S exhausts have a new domed cap design that greatly improves the strength of the silencer and the overall look of it. Every exhaust has our logo etched onto the titanium so it will never burn off and stay visible even when the color changes.

Introducing our newly redesigned Performance Titanium muffler for your RZR. Diamond S Titanium mufflers are lightweight and provide increased horsepower and torque. They are engineered with the performance and sound quality in mind. The chamber designs provide maximum airflow while reducing the sound level and exhaust drone. It also produces a deep throaty sound that’s easy on the ears for you and fellow riders. This muffler meets USFS noise specifications. Diamond S Mufflers are all hand made in the USA. The muffler is easy to install with a slip on design. It includes the billet aluminum mounting bracket, and it also comes with a spark arrestor that complies with the USFS regulations. Titanium does not ever rust or corrode and it will change colors over time from heat.
